Customers demand refunds

H&R Block tax filers are demanding refunds since the service went down this morning.

Since I had to print and mail my return because I could not e-file are you going to refund me the federal e file fee I paid by purchasing the software?

H&R Block aware of issues

The popular tax filing service H&R Block says they are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them.

We are working to resolve the issue quickly and ask clients to please try again later today or print and mail their return if that is more convenient.
