Raleigh police are searching for a driver caught on camera using a stolen car to crash into a smoke and vape store.
Rachel Kincaid said on Thursday night she left her car parked in the garage of her north Raleigh home. The garage door was open and the keys were inside the car, allowing the thief to easily steal it.
Surveillance video shows Kincaid’s car barreling into the front of NonStop Tobacco & Vape at 4420 Pleasant Valley Road. In the video, the driver is seen jumping out of the car and grabbing three jars of CBD.
Kincaid said she was asleep at her home 15 miles away, unaware her car had even been stolen. She works from home and discovered it was missing the next day when she walked out her door to pick up lunch.
