
TWIN FALLS – Idaho State Police are investigating a Friday collision between trucks hauling molasses and manure on a southern Idaho interstate.
According to police, at about 2:15 p.m., a 26-year-old male from Wendell, Idaho, and a juvenile passenger were traveling eastbound on Interstate 84, east of Jerome, in a 1998 Freightliner semi-truck loaded with manure. A 49-year-old male from Clovis, California, was traveling in a 2013 Freightliner semi-truck, loaded with 48,000 pounds of cane molasses, and struck the rear of the 1998 Freightliner.
