
CHELMSFORD, MA — A man is facing charges after authorities said he crashed his car into a metal fence and sign while leading police officers on a chase Friday.
John Boualaphanh, 31, of Pepperell, was charged with multiple counts including failure to stop for police, driving without a license and reckless driving following the incident that started shortly before 6:30 p.m., Chelmsford police said.
According to authorities, a Chelmsford Police Officer spotted a 2011 Honda Accord traveling on Riverneck Road and, after running a check on the vehicle, realized the license plates attached to the Honda belonged to a 2006 Toyota Sienna.
