
Cold weather conditions are likely to make a brief return to the UK as parts of the country will be hit by a snow bomb, crushing the hopes of summer season for many.
Weather maps from WXCharts show areas around Scotland could see some snow on June 4 while other locations may see some rain showers.
The sudden change in weather conditions is likely to continue till June 6 before it begins to turn dry and warm again.
Maps from WXCharts have turned white for areas around Inverness on June 5 indicating the possibility of snow.
Temperature levels will fall as low as 1C in these areas during the same period.
The Met Office’s forecast for June 4 and 6 also predicts temperature levels falling during the period.
