IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A West Branch man is charged for allegedly exposing himself to an 11-year-old child in the toy section of Iowa City Walmart last December.
44-year-old Dustin Hills of West Branch is charged with one count of indecent exposure.
According to a criminal complaint, the child reported that a man was following her in the toy aisles. When she looked over, she said she saw the man stroking his exposed genitals.
Iowa City Public Safety posted a surveillance image of the suspect, looking for tips identifying the man.
