
Tom Brady still hasn’t entirely closed the book on playing quarterback in the NFL.
Brady joined the “DeepCuts” podcast with VicBlends and was asked if he would “pick up the phone” if a starting quarterback went down with an injury this season.
“I’m not opposed to it,” Brady said, with a grin.
He noted that there would be a snag if he is ever ultimately approved for a minority ownership stake in the Raiders.
“I don’t know if they’re going to let me if I become an owner of an NFL team,” Brady said.
