
The Marble Hill Police Department is set to not have any police officers beginning Saturday after all officers submitted a letter of resignation to the city.
Marble Hill, the largest city in Bollinger County, notified the Sheriff’s Office of the mass resignation Monday, and remains in communication on how to address the situation, according to the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office.
In a statement on Facebook on Wednesday, police chief Kristin Nenninger shared the resignation with the community, stating it will go into effect Friday.
