
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A man is in the hospital after he was hit by a car in a Chesterfield County roadway on Tuesday.
Just before 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20, officers with the Chesterfield County Police Department were called to the 2800 block of Dundas Road for report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.
When they arrived at the scene, first responders found a man in the roadway who had been hit by a car.

He was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for his injuries, which police said were not life-threatening.
According to police, the driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
