More than three years since the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, the FBI on Thursday arrested a 53-year-old Virginia man who allegedly assaulted police officers.
Darl McDorman is facing charges of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon….
