BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A man with nearly 230 law enforcement encounters in the past year is back on Burlington streets again.
Burlington police department say they arrested 37-year-old Patrick Ibbotson once on Thursday and Friday, and then twice on Saturday for violating conditions of release.
After police arrested Ibbotson Thursday, they found him on surveillance video burglarizing Burlington City Arts on July 25th.
The most recent incident happened around 4p.m. Saturday, when police say they got a call that Ibbotson was banging on the doors at the Cathedral of St. Joseph after already being removed from the building.
Police arrested him, and then a judge released him to appear at court at a later time.
